What types of Blackstone griddles do you carry?
I primarily carry propane Blackstone griddles, including 20″ camping models (with legs), 22″, and 36″ models suitable for all outdoor cooking needs, including free-standing and tabletop griddles. Sometimes I have other brands (e.g., Camp Chef) or models, like 28″ Blackstone griddles.
What condition are they in?
Most of my griddles are in good, solid shape, but they are used. Sometimes I get units that look completely unused, though they still don’t count as “new.” If there’s anything worth mentioning, I’ll always let you know up front. I personally test every griddle before I list it so you know exactly what you’re getting. And truthfully, most of these were returned to the store for reasons that… let’s just say weren’t exactly reasonable in my opinion. Most of the wear and tear they have, if any, comes from shipping and handling after they were returned.
But hey—overly lenient return policies over there are why most of my griddles are underly used over here. (We’re making up words now, but it fits.)

Where is Galt Griddle Guy located?
I’m based in Galt, CA, right between Sacramento and Stockton and close to Elk Grove and Lodi. I’m less than a mile from Twin Cities Rd and Highway 99, so pickup is easy.
I don’t give out my exact address until we schedule a time to meet.
What is the procedure for order pickup?
You’re welcome to come check out the griddle in person. We’ll complete the sale when you’re here. I don’t ship or deliver, and I never take payment in advance—everything is in-person only.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I am keeping it simple – Cash and Zelle only. No Venmo or Apple Pay or whatever else is out there. Nobody has ever asked, but no checks either. You know… those bouncy paper things you have to sign? Yeah, those.
All prices include sales tax.
Is there a warranty or guarantee?
You want the cake, or you want to eat it?
These are post-liquidation griddles, so you can’t register them with Blackstone, and they don’t come with the original factory warranty. That’s a big part of why my prices are way lower than retail, even though many of them are barely used. I sell them as-is, but I test every unit and I’ll show you that it works when you stop by.
If you really want a warranty, I’ll warranty it myself—but you’re not going to like what that does to the price.
Are you affiliated with Blackstone or any other manufacturer?
No, I am an independent seller, and I have no affiliation with Blackstone or any other manufacturer.
Will a 36″ Blackstone Griddle fit in my car?
The 36″ griddle will probably will if we break it down. We would probably need to remove the legs. I don’t mind helping you get it into your car, but you need to remember how to get it back together after you and a helper get it out of your car. The cooking surface alone is approximately 70 lbs.
Is the propane tank included?
Propane tanks aren’t included in the price. If you really need one, I can sell you mine—but you probably won’t like the price!
Do you sell parts or fix griddles?
That is not my specialty but tell me what you need. I may have some parts, and I may be able to help get your Blackstone up and running again.
What is an Omnivore Griddle?
On Blackstone’s 36″ models, “Omnivore” refers to the updated burner and heat-distribution system used in their newer-generation griddles.
Instead of being a different size or a travel model, the Omnivore version is still a full-size 36″ Blackstone — it simply uses redesigned burners that provide:
- More even heat distribution
- Faster warm-up times
- Better flame stability in wind
- More consistent cooking across the entire surface
Functionally, you’re still getting the same large 36″ cooking platform, but with Blackstone’s improved burner tech underneath it.
Can I test the griddle on site before I pay?
I’ll insist that you do. I have propane on-hand for demos.
What parts are typically missing and how much does repair cost?
Probably none by the time you get it, but I will disclose any known defects or missing parts before you get here. I am not trying to waste your time or mine.
