It’s Actually Kind of Fun Bringing These Griddles Back to Life.

You’d be surprised how many griddles show up missing parts or assembled by someone who clearly wasn’t a Griddle Guy—definitely not the Galt Griddle Guy. Before anything gets listed for sale, I make sure each unit is complete, functional, and properly assembled.

And yes… some griddles are too far gone to save.
